Mukaila has over 15 years of expertise in environmental health, safety, emergency, and disaster management.
As the QHSE & Training Manager at DIFM, Mukaila oversees safety protocols and training programs for both local and international operations driving safety excellence and optimal performance in complex regulatory environments.
Ibrahim is a Mechanical Engineer graduate from Jordan with the domain of Facility Management and Operations covering a wide range of systems and services.
Rahil Thalayilath holds an Engineer’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Vinayaka Mission’s Kirupananda Variyar Engineering College.
Rahil previously held key roles at Carillion Qatar LLC, ServeU LLC Dubai, and Classic Group of Companies LLC Dubai. His expertise spans bid management with a robust background in facilities management and commercial operations.
Ashref has over 27 years of experience in HR & Administration and worked for clients like Carillion, Sixco, etc. at Qatar and Regency Group at UAE.
Having completed the Post Graduate degree in Management from Madras University, Ashref acted as key responsible in mentioned companies. He is an HR professional and possess in depth knowledge of Qatar laws and procedures.
Morad Odwan is a distinguished Civil Engineer with a degree from N.W.F.P University of Engineering and Technology.
With over 24 years of extensive experience in construction, project, and facility management, Morad has consistently demonstrated his expertise and leadership in the industry.
He has successfully managed diverse teams on projects with Projacs and Al Jaber, showcasing his ability to deliver excellence in complex environments. Currently, Morad is DIFM Operations Director for cluster projects, where he oversees the management of more than 300 schools and various tourism locations.
Adnan is an Electrical Engineering graduate from Lebanon, a UPDA-Grade A and QCDD certified Engineer, Certified Energy Manager (CEM) and Certified Green professional (CGP-GSAS).
Adnan has more than 16 years of experience in prestigious companies such as Consolidated Contractors Company (CCC) and Techno Q, he currently holds the position of Operations Director at DIFM, leading a team of +20 engineers and over 1,300 operatives across various FM projects in both the public and private sectors.
Ahmed graduated from Helwan University with a major in Accounting and Business Administration.
With more than 24 years of experience, he has worked with many big-named and well reputed companies, like Qatari Diar, Alfardan Group, President-Nestle Egypt, and SPIC. He has a vast experience in accounting, finance, management, developing, and leading successful finance teams, with a proven ability to provide key financial data, and support.
With his ability to assist in key business decisions, including the preparation of annual budgets, monitoring of key accounts and credit controlling, he is results driven, and knows how to build strong relationships both within and outside of a finance department by effectively communicating financial information to non-finance colleagues.
